I LOVE shopping Old Navy sales. And when I say love, I mean that I wait until a good sale and then go buckwild buying up all the things. I can’t help myself because everything is so dang cute.
The cut of most of their clothing fits my curvy shape really well, and I find more success in basics there than any other store. For Andrew, all of their pants have adjustable waists, which works really well for his little skinny butt. (Hey, I’m not knocking it! I think it’s cute…but YOU try to keep his pants up without an adjustable waist!). For my baby Thomas, I can have him looking like a sharp dressed little man with very little effort, and my hubby totally digs their shorts and activewear.
And now through June 1, you can take 50% off all tees, tanks, shorts, and swim. There’s 30% off all dresses and up to 50% off all activewear.

For Me:
I’m loving all these waist defining dresses for summer! I couldn’t pass up these scallop hem shorts (they were only available in the navy color) and this swing top is going to be great to dress up or down – and probably super breathable in this southern heat!
For Work (Activewear at work is the benefit of being a dance teacher!):
I have been wearing a lot of black lately, probably because I feel like it’s slimming. But the activewear at Old Navy is the best for my particular brand of curves. There’s no pilling between my thighs and they’re not see through – and that combo is hard to find!
For the Boys:
These gray shorts have an adjustable waist, which is perfect for my big boy’s skinny frame. The green shorts have a great drawstring and are made of a material that helps them from looking sweaty and smelly! And I just love all the graphic tees, especially this dinosaur one for July 4th and Labor Day. If you knew how much Thomas is obsessed with Elmo, you’ll know that he’s going to freak out over this shirt! (Good tip too, if you’re going to Disney World, Old Navy always has licensed Mickey/Minnie apparel that you can snag for park days).
